§1. General provisions

  1. The administrator of personal data of Customers collected through the online store www.vcapolska.pl is Vca Polska sp. z o.o. sp. komandytowa, headquartered at 31-140 Kraków, ul. Łobzowska 16/7, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000458108, NIP: 6762464385, REGON: 122834742, with a share capital of 50,000.00 PLN.
  2. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting the personal data of Customers in connection with using the Online Store and concluding Sales Agreements.

§2. Scope of data collected

  1. Personal data collected in the Store include, in particular:
    • first and last name,
    • e-mail address,
    • correspondence address,
    • invoice data (if applicable),
    • phone number (optional).
  2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for concluding and fulfilling the Sales Agreement.

§3. Purposes of data processing

Customer personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  1. Execution of the Sales Agreement, including:
    • processing orders,
    • issuing invoices,
    • delivering ordered services and products.
  2. Marketing – with the Customer’s consent, data may also be used to send commercial information, newsletters, and promotions.
  3. Payment processing – data may be shared with entities handling electronic payments and card payments in the Store (e.g., Blue Media S.A.).

§4. Data recipients

  1. Personal data may be disclosed to:
    • carriers or intermediaries performing deliveries on behalf of the Seller,
    • entities handling electronic and card payments,
    • public authorities or institutions authorized by law.

§5. Legal basis for processing

  1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with:
    • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR),
    • the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means,
    • the Consumer Rights Act.
  2. The basis for data processing includes in particular:
    • performance of the Sales Agreement,
    • fulfillment of the Seller’s legal obligations,
    • Customer consent (for marketing purposes).

§6. Customer rights

The Customer has the right to:

  1. Access their personal data and obtain a copy.
  2. Rectify data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  3. Delete data or restrict processing, as permitted by law.
  4. Object to the processing of data for marketing purposes.
  5. Withdraw consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  6. Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

§7. Data retention period

  1. Customer personal data will be stored for the period necessary to execute the Sales Agreement, and after its completion – in accordance with applicable law (e.g., tax regulations).
  2. If consent is given for marketing purposes, data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn by the Customer.

§8. Cookies

  1. The Store uses cookies to:
    • ensure proper operation of the Store,
    • tailor content and offers to Customer needs,
    • analyze traffic in the Store.
  2. The Customer can change browser settings regarding cookies at any time, including blocking their use.

§9. Data security

  1. The Seller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Customers’ personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction.
  2. Only authorized persons acting on behalf of the Seller have access to the data.
