What does SSG mean?

  • SSG Entre is an industry standard for a safer work environment at industrial plants in Sweden
  • SSG Entre enables contractors and employers to monitor and ensure that subcontractors and employees have a basic knowledge of occupational safety and environmental protection
  • SSG Entre was developed jointly with the construction and industrial sectors in Sweden and is the safety standard for approximately 400,000 subcontractors and nearly 300 industrial sites.
  • SSG Entre is an online work environment and safety course for industry contractors

SSG Entre card

  • The SSG Entre card confirms that the employee has the required qualifications in the construction and industrial sector. It is also proof of knowledge of health and safety and environmental protection regulations in force in Sweden.
  • The SSG Entre card is issued in the form of a plastic card with a photo and is valid for 3 years
  • The SSG Entre Basic course provides basic knowledge and increases the level of safety among subcontractors who often work in high risk environments
  • The SSG Entre Basic course is currently available in English, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, German, Polish, Czech, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Flemish, Chinese Mandarin, Croatian, Slovak and Lithuanian.

Purpose

The purpose of the training course is to get employees / subcontractors acquainted with the regulations concerning working on high-risk stations and improving their awareness of occupational safety.

Duration

  • The exam is taken online immediately after completing the SSG Entre Basic course.

  • The SSG exam is available in English, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, German, Polish, Czech, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Flemish, Mandarin Chinese, Croatian, Slovak and Lithuanian.
